Our software offers you a free trial period, it is our suggestion that any purchase should be made after you try the software and are satisfied with it.
If you are looking for a refund for your software, we do have our refund policy for you. As long as it is within the 14 days (2 weeks) of your subscription, which should be in the first month, we can offer you a refund.
You could contact the customer service to refund the software if you are dissatisfied with our features or the functions are not working well within 14 days of purchase in the first subscription month.
However, if the subscription period exceeds 14 days, we can only cancel your subscription instead of a refund.
StreamGaGa offers subscription plan for a monthly or yearly basis, so if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel or pause the subscription plan at any time. The cost of that month would be deducted, however, from the next month, we won't charge the subscription fee.
